History
Established in 1909, Frank Hall Tailors are makers of fine hand made, bespoke, hunting, equestrian and traditional clothing for ladies and gentlemen. Based in the heart of rural England, an area rich in historical associations with hunting, Frank Hall Tailors has developed, and maintained, a reputation for some of the finest traditional riding clothing in the world.
We formally held the Royal Warrant for the then HRH Charles, The Prince of Wales as Tailors of Equestrian Clothing from 1980-2023.
In our workshop, highly skilled craftsmen and women continue to use traditional bespoke tailoring methods, with skills and knowledge passed through the business for over a century. All of the garments we make are individually hand made, from first measurements, through pattern drafting, cutting, tailoring and finishing.
Hunting & Riding Coats
We offer a variety of styles of hunting and equestrian coats, in the cloth & colours distinct to each individual hunt, as well as a wide variety of tweeds.
The green coat is a traditional Gentlemans Hunt Coat in the Morning Coat style.

The burgundy coat is a traditional Ladies Astride style Hunt Coat.
Services
Our bespoke services also comprise suits, sports coats, gilets, blazers, trousers, formal dress wear and overcoats.
We also offer repair and alteration services for our bespoke clothing and any other garments brought to us in need of fitting and alterations or repair.
Repair Services
We offer an extensive repair service for all equestrian clothing, including the replacement of sections of the coat as required, to ensure that coats last through many seasons of long days and hard work.
